David & Kristin Weston Bend State Park MO

David & Kristin got married in one of my favorite little towns just 30 minutes from KC, Weston Missouri. They got ready in the little historic town of Weston tucked away in the hills of Missouri. This town sits right next to Weston Bend State Park where they had their ceremony at the bee creek shelter surrounded by nature it was absolutely beautiful. David & Kristin also happen to be die hard Kansas City Royals fans. They love the royals so much that Kristin wanted to surprise David by getting Slugger the Royals mascot to surprise David at their reception. What David thought was going to be a traditional removal of the garter and tossing over his shoulder to the single gentleman was actually a detailed surprise plan by Kristin. Kristin blindfolded David, they brought in Slugger and where Kristin would sit to have her garter removed they had slugger take her place. The plan worked out perfectly. David went to reach for Kristin's leg only to realize he was touching Slugger, he took off his blindfold and the room went crazy. The dancing went well into the night. Everyone had a blast.
