How do I begin to describe the story of Jake & Lesley's fantastic Cancun wedding weekend? The white sandy beaches, the crystal clear water, the excellent 24/7 all inclusive food and drink services? Well the party pretty much started on the shuttle ride from the airport to the resort and didn't stop for 3 straight days. Jake and Lesley and their entourage of family and friends who came to celebrate there wedding quickly welcomed me into their group. I had so much fun hanging out and getting to capture every moment of Jake and Lesley's destination wedding from the sunset shoot on the rocks to the under water photos in the warm clear water. For the first time in the history of my career I got to capture something so incredibly humbling, after Jake and his grooms men got dressed I walked with them down to the water where they sprinkled some of the ashes from a close friend who passed away. I felt honored to be able to capture that moment. The rest of the day flew by in a flash from the moment Jake saw Lesley for the first time to sharing their first dance as husband and wife. It was the most special day from the first moment to the last. Here are some of my favorite images from Jake and Lesley's Cancun wedding.
